The Temporary Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruitment process and ensures that all candidates receive a positive employment experience through professional customer-oriented employment practices.

The Temporary Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for:

o Provides system administrator support for the Applicant Tracking (Luceo) and Performance Management systems.

o Provides talent acquisition support including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting qualified potential candidates to hiring managers.

o Assists with leveraging multiple recruitment channels including, but not limited to; social media, internet recruiting, professional networks, university recruiting, industry contacts, referrals, trade groups, job boards, etc.

o Ensures recruiting and hiring processes are compliant with EEO/Diversity policies and OFCCP guidelines and practices. 

Job Requirements

To be considered for the Temporary Recruitment Coordinator opportunity, candidates should possess:

Education:

o BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Experience:

o 2+ years of related professional Human Resource experience with an emphasis in Talent Acquisition or Staffing preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

o Proficient in MS Office.

o Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems.

o Knowledge in Ceridian a plus.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.

o Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers.

o Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills.

o Ability to effectively use behavioral based interviewing techniques.

o Ability to be discreet with confidential information and sensitive issues.

o Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.

o Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.
