Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

The Senior Brand Manager will manage the marketing responsibility of the company’s namesake, Reynolds Wrap. Reynolds Wrap is the primary brand in the kitchen products marketplace and therefore, is responsible for driving category growth and innovation as well as brand share. The Reynolds Wrap brand develops its brand equity with significant investment in advertising, consumer and customer campaigns. It is critical to have strong consumer marketing expertise on this business to drive customer acceptance and consumer trial in all channels. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and has no direct reports.

The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for:

• Responsible for achievement of business objectives, including income delivery, brand growth and development. 

• Develops, recommends, and manages execution of annual marketing plans. 

• Creates brand equity across product lines and extends it through consumer / trade programming.

• Evaluates promotion program opportunities, recommends high potential programs, and manages promotion spending. 

• Manages select segments of the Private Brand portfolio.

• Creates monthly, annual, and long term volume forecasts. 

• Conducts business analyses, recommends solutions, and implements initiatives. 

• Leads projects to identify, research, and execute cost savings, product improvement, and new product opportunities. 

• Prepares and communicates business reports to management. 

• Develops sales collateral materials and communicates marketing plans to field sales. 

• Organizes and delivers presentations for field sales to use in selling products to customers.

Job Requirements

To be considered for the Senior Brand Manager opportunity, candidates should possess:

  • 4-7 years experience in marketing/brand management with a world-class consumer products organization(s), which must include significant project management experience.
  • Experience at a brand manager level is required.
  • Experience launching new products in multiple channels preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to influence and negotiate. Strong presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft office
  • Experience with retailer scan data analysis programs (Nielsen; IRI)


  • Ability to be the champion of the brand both internally and externally 
  • Extremely strong team building skills working cross functionally.
  • Ability to gain sales support and attention and present confidently to customers. 
  • Ability to see the “big picture” strategy 
  • Willingness to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter and open to new ideas


  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
